Information
What are the requirements to be nominated for ToTM?
► Must hold a rank of Trial Trainer or higher at the beginning of the month!
► Must be active.
► Must be friendly, patient and a professional Trainer.
► Must not have active disciplinary.
Each month we aim to reward a Trainer with the Trainer of the Month award, we look for Trainer’s who stood out from others by their exemplary training sessions. Remember, you will always be graded on the quality of your work, not the quantity.

How do we decide the winner?

A select committee consisting of the Training Leader, Training Assistant Leader, Training Supervisors iC Team and the Secretary of Education will make nominations throughout the month as well as keep track of feedback gathered from Training sessions. Members of the committee will not only nominate remarkable Trainers but they will also have a vote on each nominee. The Committee will unanimously decide the winner by voting this means no one will be chosen as the winner by individual decisions and is kept fair.

► 40 Credits.
► ToTM Badge can be worn while in the HQ for the entire month.
► ToTM Discord role.
► A bot of your habbo in the Training Hallway.
