Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO LEAVE WORK?
You may AFK on the sofas at the back of the room or log off at any time. However, if you have just collected your pay, note that leaving base less than 45 minutes after pay ends will result in a 24 hour pay ban.
HOW DO I LET SOMEONE IN AT FTF?
To let in a returning member, say :in while sitting at FTF. Make sure to check their B.U.M before letting them in.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR THE UNIFORM?
Yes, you are required to wear the respective division uniform while in the Agent, Security, and Training division. You do not need to wear the uniform when you reach HR or on Casual Friday. (BST)
HOW MUCH PAY WILL I GET?
As an Agent, you can collect 2c or 1 promotion at each pay time. If you have 10+ hours of Online Time, you will receive both pay and promotion.

The following guide has been developed to serve as an aid for all members that give new agents as well as transfers tours around HIA’s base. This document shall serve as a guide to ensure you discuss what the recruit must know. If any member wishes to add their own style to the kind of tour they give, they are welcome to elaborate upon their ideas. Please remember to give a clear description of how FTF works. Use this script for your personal benefit as well as the recruit’s:

First of all, this is the Tour Desk where HIA members approach for a tour.
Once you reach the SLT division, you’ll be able to work at this desk.

This is the MOD stand, where MOD+ members make important announcements
about HIA in yellow coloured chat. ¶
[Bring over to Cafe]
Script for Cafe:
This is the cafe. Here you can chill and chat with other workers.
The HIA Events Team often hosts games here with attractive prizes.
To check any upcoming events, you can find the calendar at; habbohia.org/calendar
I highly recommend you to participate as it’s a good way to meet new friends!

Script for Help Desk:
This is our Help Desk. You can come here to get help with Habbo/HIA related questions.
I want to remind you that HIA has ZERO tolerance towards bullying. ‡
You may approach the help desk to make a complaint about bullying.
Make sure to gather screenshots before making your report.
You can also report members from other agencies.
Don’t be afraid to approach the Help Desk, as someone will gladly help you.

Script for FTB:
This is Fill The Back [FTB], our AFK area.
You can step on the arrow plate, and you will be able to AFK
without getting auto-kicked.
Please keep in mind this is the only area in base
where you can go AFK or idle.
Do note that FTB closes during Pay Time, so make sure to get out in time.

Script for Security Station:
This is the Security Station, where Agent to Trainers' B.U.M are checked before entering base.
You will be able to work in this station when you reach your next division.
[Bring over to FTT]
Script for Training Station:
This is the Training Station, where members are sent for training.
You will be able to work here once you reach the Trainer Division!
[Bring over to Teleporter]
Script for MR Teleport:
This teleporter leads you to the HIA Meeting Room.
The General Meeting happens every Sunday at 4 pm BST.
Info Sessions and Meetings will also happen in this room.
Script for Transfer Desk:
This is the Transfer Desk, where members from other agencies transfer into HIA.
If you see a member from another agency at FTF or an old HIA member
that wants to be rehired, please direct them to that desk.
You can also approach them to get badges back after inactivity,
a hack or a ban. TU members will gladly assist with that.

This is FTF [Fill The Front], where you will be working!
I hope you remember what was taught in training, as it will be applied here.
º A few things for you to remember while filling FTF º
¥ Remember to check Badge, Uniform & Motto before sending someone into base.
¥ To let people into the base, say :in while filling the station.
¥ If you encounter a troll, or someone being rude,
we highly recommend you to place them on ’ignore’ & report them to a HR+.
¥ If you need to go away from the keyboard, please remember to FTB.
¥ As an Agent, you need to receive 2 promotions before each paytime to get paid.
