Hello and congratulations on making it into the Security Division!
I will be your instructor today for your new division’s training session.
During this session, I request that you remain seated and wait for your cue to speak.
If you go AFK (away from keyboard), move around, or do not follow my request,
you will automatically fail and will have to wait to be re-trained.
To avoid being AFK, you can wave by either typing o/ or clicking on your user.
There will be a test at the end, so I advise that you listen carefully and take notes if needed.

As a Security+ member, your job is to prevent non-authorised personnel from entering the base.
We have a Security System for the purpose of checking a member’s motto.
It is a MUST to use this system at ALL times to prevent fired/non-HIA members from entering the base.

RED - Not permitted to enter. The person is either fired from HIA or not an employee of HIA.

They will need to be retrained and start over from Recruit.

Also, take note that if you ever encounter a person wearing the Veteran badge,
you are permitted to let them in.

This simulator resembles our Security station within the HIA HQ.
Saying the command :gate lets the person onto the rollers.
Try the command now to see how it works!

When a person appears on the rollers, open the gate using the command and greet them.
Next, search their name in the system.
If there’s an occasion where one might get stuck,
simply tell one of them to type :ex.it [without the dot]

If the Security System permits entry and the user is dressed in the proper uniform,
You may say the command :base to let them in base.

Please note Recruits will normally show up as RED in the Security search
If an individual comes through with the motto “[HIA] Recruit” a Security search is still required.
The user may be previously fired and trying to get in, if so it will show up in the Security search.
If the recruit doesn’t have the correct Badge, Uniform and Motto, you may :deny them.
This would teleport them back to the lobby.

then say the command :training to send them to training.

In addition, be careful about accidentally leaving your division badge.
You could risk losing your rank or receive a demotion!

Security+ in HIA are not allowed to be inactive for 14 days or more.
If you surpass the 14 days inactivity limit, all of your badges will be removed.
If you need to be inactive for 14 days or more, you must apply for LOA.

In addition, be careful about accidentally leaving your division badge.
You could risk losing your rank or receive a demotion!
