CST, also known as Community Support Team, is a network of departments each responsible for their own sections of HIA, such as the Radio Team or Mentor Unit.
Community Support Team is separated into two divisions, Newscast and Internal Services.

The Community Support Team features a three-tiered rank structure, instead of the typical rank structure in other Special Units. Each tier has their different roles and responsibilities. More info down below!
The Internal Services consists of divisions which aims to be the bridge between the HIA members and Electives. This department will feature divisions that specializes in being role models, research, development, and communication with higher elective divisions. The department consists of divisions which is the Mentor Unit, with a sub-division of Welcoming Committee and Community Development.

The Newscast Department is where the creative and the talkative go. This department aims to entertain the HIA people while giving their all to keep everyone up to date with news bulletins and the likes. This department consist of one division which is the Radio Team.

Community Development
📌 Must be in HIA for a minimum of 2 weeks 📌 Must have no standing disciplinary logs 📌 Must be able to provide constructive criticism and take criticism well where appropriate 📌 Must be active within Discord and within HQ. 📌 Must not be on LOA at least 3 weeks after applying. |

📌 Must have been in HIA for AT LEAST 1 month consecutively 📌 Must be holding a rank of IA Member I or above 📌 Have no active disciplinaries 📌 Is active on Discord & Habbo Welcoming Committee 📌 Must have been in HIA for AT LEAST 2 weeks consecutively 📌 Must be holding a rank of Trial HR or above 📌 Have no active disciplinaries 📌 Is active on Discord & Habbo |

These members oversee and manage operations and administration in CST. The Administration Tier is considered the highest achievable tier within the SU.

Division Tier
These members lead and manage the various divisions in CST. The Division Tier is the third highest achievable tier within the SU. The manager/secretary ranks can be elected by each respective Department Overseer, and approved by the Executive Overseer.
Mentor Unit
WHAT DOES MENTOR UNIT DO?
The Mentor Unit is a division comprising of dedicated members, which are tasked to provide guidance, friendship, advice, and counseling to all HIA members; new or old members alike!
Mentor Unit also manages the Welcoming Committee, who is responsible for welcoming members as they come in base. You'll likely see them in the lobby.

WHAT DOES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DO?
The Community Development unit works to update areas of HIA, as well as producing innovative ideas for the agency from collected feedback.
Additionally, this unit is responsible for evaluating all members within HIA to assist other groups in improving the agency.
